The photographs, films, written content, design and branding on this site belong to EDU Imagery or to the clients we produced them with. You may look at them and link to them. You may not copy, download, re-upload, edit or use them commercially without our written permission.
Where a client agreement grants that client a licence to use particular work, that licence is set out in the agreement and applies only to that client.
Gallery downloads are provided for the client the work was produced for, and for the people in them, to keep and share personally. They are not licensed for resale, for stock libraries, or for another business's advertising.
Everything here is provided for general information. Prices, packages and examples describe what we typically do; they are not a binding offer. A booking exists only once we have both signed an agreement.
We keep this site as accurate as we reasonably can, but we do not promise it is complete, current or error-free, and we may change it at any time.
To the fullest extent the law allows, EDU Imagery is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from anything you rely on here. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for what it contains.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Florida have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
