EDU Imagery is a video and photography business based in Central Florida, working with schools, preschools and early-childhood associations. This page explains what this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
When you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you type into it: your name, your school or organization, your email address, your phone number, the name and date of an event if you give one, and your message.
We also use Google Analytics, which records general information about visits: which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world the visitor was, what kind of device and browser they used, and which site they arrived from. This is reported to us in aggregate. We do not use it to identify individual people.
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser so it can tell a returning visit from a new one. You can block or delete these in your browser settings, and the site will still work normally. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Google, as the provider of Google Analytics. Our email and hosting providers, in the ordinary course of storing and delivering messages. Where we invoice you, our payment processor receives what it needs to take the payment — we never see or store full card numbers.
Galleries on this site hold photographs from work we have delivered, and clients can download them. Anyone with the link can view a gallery, so please share gallery links only with people you intend to see them. Tell us and we will take a gallery down.
Photographs and film featuring children are published here only where the school or organization we worked with has obtained consent from the families involved, and where our agreement with that client permits us to show the work.
If you appear in an image or film on this site, or your child does, and you would like it removed, email eduimagery@gmail.com. Tell us which page it is on and we will take it down promptly. You do not have to explain why.
Enquiries are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Records connected to paid work are kept as long as we need them for business and tax purposes. Analytics data is retained on Google's standard schedule.
Email eduimagery@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We will do our best to deal with the request quickly.
Some pages embed video hosted by YouTube. When you play one, YouTube receives the request and applies its own privacy terms, which we do not control.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
